Servings: 4 with sufficient brown rice Capicums: 2 Capsicum podi: 3 tsp onion: 2 medium garlic cloves: 2-3 medium

Method

  • Fry the onions and garlic in oil
  • 2-3 tsp of capsicum powder
  • keep aside

  • fry chopped capsicum
  • wait till it softens

  • grind all together with some water and salt as needed
