Making capsicum chutney

Servings: 4 with sufficient brown rice Capicums: 2 Capsicum podi: 3 tsp onion: 2 medium garlic cloves: 2-3 medium
Method
- Fry the onions and garlic in oil
- 2-3 tsp of capsicum powder

keep aside
- fry chopped capsicum

wait till it softens
- grind all together with some water and salt as needed
